`Please take notice that pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53, Patent Owner, Celgene
`
`Corporation ("Patent Owner"), by and through its counsel, will take the deposition
`
`of Petitioner Apotex Inc. 's declarant, Hannah Batchelor, Ph.D., via remote
`
`deposition. The deposition will be taken virtually on September 19, 2023,
`
`commencing at 8:00 AM EST and will proceed for 7 hours on the record. The
`
`deposition will be recorded by stenographic means by a court reporter licensed to
`
`administer oaths, arranged for by Patent Owner's counsel, and may be
`
`videorecorded.
`
`The parties conferred and agreed upon a remote deposition conducted on this
`
`date.
`
`Patent Owner intends to use Planet Depos as the virtual deposition platform
`
`and reserves the right to conduct this deposition utilizing a paperless exhibit
`
`display process provided and supported by Planet Depos. Certain exhibits used
`
`during the deposition may not be provided in paper form, but will only be provided
`
`electronically to the witness through Planet Depos' remote deposition platform
`
`and/or email.
