`On September 22, 2023, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“Board”) issued

`a Scheduling Order for this inter partes review of U.S. Patent No. 7,713,947

`(IPR2023-00480, Paper 11) setting forth due dates for the parties. On November
`
`6, 2023, the parties jointly stipulated to adjust DUE DATES 1, 2, and 3.

`The Scheduling Order provides that the “parties may stipulate different dates

`for DUE DATES 1, 5, and 6, as well as the portion of DUE DATE 2 related to
