`Pursuant to a joint stipulation of Petitioner and Patent Owner (“Parties”),

`and in accordance with the guidance provided in the Scheduling Order (Paper 10),

`the Parties hereby stipulate to modify-in-part DUE DATES 2 and 3 as follows:
`
` DUE DATE 2 (the portion relating to Petitioner’s reply to Patent
`
`Owner’s response to petition only) will be changed from January 2, 2024
`
`to January 9, 2024.
`
` DUE DATE 3 (the portion relating to Patent Owner’s sur-reply to reply
`
`only) will be changed from February 13, 2023 to February 20, 2023.
`
`
`As Patent Owner did not file a motion to amend in this proceeding, the
`
`Parties do not seek any adjustment to the portion of Due Date 2 relating to
`
`Petitioner’s opposition to motion to amend or the portion of Due Date 3 relating to
`
`Patent Owner’s reply to opposition to motion to amend. This stipulation does not
`
`affect or otherwise modify the dates for DUE DATES 4–8. As further agreed by
`
`the Parties, Petitioner files this Notice on behalf of both Parties.
