`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s July 18, 2023 Scheduling

`Order (Paper 10), Petitioner requests an opportunity to present oral argument
`
`regarding the unpatentability of Claims 1 and 3-6 (the “Challenged Claims”) of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 6,993,658.
`
`Petitioner requests that each party be allowed a total of forty-five (45)
`
`minutes for its argument for the hearing, with the opportunity to reserve a portion
`
`of that time for rebuttal.
`
`The oral argument is scheduled to be held on April 16, 2024. Petitioner
`
`requests an in-person hearing held at the USPTO headquarters in Alexandria,
`
`Virginia.
`
`Without waiving consideration of any issue not identified below, Petitioner
`
`requests the time to address the following issues:

`The unpatentability of Claims 5 over Veneklase and Jonsson;
`
`The unpatentability of Claims 1 and 3-6 over Kew and Sormunen;

`Any issues identified in Patent Owner’s Request for Oral Argument;
