`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner, LG Electronics Inc., hereby

`submits this Request for Oral Argument to address all invalidity grounds and
`
`challenged claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,693,700. During the hearing, Petitioner
`
`requests (without waiving consideration of any issue not listed below) to address at
`
`least the following issues:
`
`1) Any issue raised during these proceedings by the Board, Patent Owner,
`
`or Petitioner;
`
`2) Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s remarks on record or during the oral hearing;
`
`and
`
`3) Any additional clarification the Board may seek.
`
`Petitioner requests an in-person hearing at USPTO headquarters in
`
`Alexandria, VA. Petitioner met and conferred with Patent Owner’s counsel, who
`
`also agreed to an in-person hearing at the USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
`
`Petitioner requests no more than 60 minutes of total oral argument time. The
`
`Board has already scheduled Oral Hearing for April 17, 2024. See Paper 11, p. 11.
