`This is an R&D position in the area of human genome sequencing accuracy and is
`a unique role within Personalis to investigate molecular biology related whole
`genome sequencing errors and to develop methods to quantify and where possible
`to correct these problems. The role will have a two main objectives. The first of this
`will be to develop methods and processes to improve the quality of Personalis'
`sequence interpretation pipeline and may include customized sample and library
`preparation methods as well as development of customized assays for specific
`content. A second and critical role will be to collaborate with a team of
`bioinformaticists, scientists and engineers to identify, characterize and
`investigate high-value sequencing problems and to develop both laboratory and
`bioinformatic approaches to resolve them. You will be expected

`and communicate your molecular biology insights as part of your collaborative work
`with this cross-disciplinary team. We are enthusiastic about the skills and

`This is an individual contributor role. While we expect you to exercise technical
`leadership we do not expect to have a large lab R&D function for some time.
` However we are building molecular biology labs at our new offices. Your role would be
`foundational in establishing these labs and we would look for your initiative in how best to
`set them up. In the first phase of the company, we anticipate that the focus of this
`position, as with nearly all R&D staff, will be concentrated bringing a standard
`setting full genome analysis product to market. We believe that you have the
