`With Shujun starting, I wonder if she can begin coming up to speed on our accuracy analysis but also, in parallel,
`help set up the infrastructure needed to use the MiSeq (it might be delivered and (self?) installed quite soon) and
`HiSeq (maybe not installable until our permanent labs are ready, but that's only about 6 weeks from now). Setting
`up a lab from scratch will require ordering misc lab supplies & reagents, equipment for sample prep (e.g. For
`running gels, PCR, etc - Christian may already have some of this coming) but also procedures & documentation
`(e.g. Lab safety training and documentation).

`Christian also has another potential hire he mentioned to me Friday, a woman who used to run his HiSeq production
`lab in Hayward. If we hire her near term (she has left Illumina) she could also help with this.
`
`To get started, we should establish a baseline, e.g. demonstrating to ourselves that we can sequence (e.g. Amy) to
`the quality we expect. This will validate the equipment we receive. Then we can work on experiments which
`advance from that base.
