`Attached is a proposal I discussed with Atul and Russ this past Friday to form Founder/SAB
`led working groups that meet weekly for 2-4 hrs and present updates every 4-6 weeks.

`- Personalis is resource constrained, our hands are full with Pipeline until August,
`would like to keep making progress on other services in the meantime
`- Need founder engagement at another level for us to succeed
`- Need product progress in multiple key areas, but requires deep expertise,
`understanding that founders/SAB can provide

`- Be a key part of the team: presentation to company, board

`Structure of Friday meetings
`- Meet as working groups each week (2-4 hrs)
