`Upon request, we will gladly provide copies of any of these patents, published
`applications, and publicly available prosecution histories (file wrappers).

`Based on publicly-available information, we understand that several of LG
`Electronics’ products include digital camera technology with features relevant to the Image
`Processing patents, such as auto focus (AF) functionality, movingtarget tracking, automatic
`scene type recognition and/or face detection. Based on the presence of these features, we
`believe that LG Electronics might beinterested in licensing the Image Processing portfolio.
`
`Attachedplease find a press release, issued on May 22, 2013, regarding Canon’s
`agreement to take a license under the Image Processing patents. Canonis not the only
`large company to take a license under the Image Processing patents; we can provide
`additional information undera suitable confidentiality agreement.
`
`Image Processing is offering non-exclusive licenses under reasonable terms.
`
`We would like to discuss opportunities for LG Electronics to license Image
`Processing’s patent portfolio. Our Vice President of Licensing, Dr. Yoriko Morita, will
`be in Asia meeting with other companies in the near future.
`It may be possible for her
`to meet with LG Electronics’ representatives in Korea to explain the technology and the
`patents. Please let us knowif this interests you.
