`Kaylee Hoffner is an associate in McKool Smith's Houston office. Kaylee's practice
`focuses on patent litigation and complex commercial disputes. She has extensive
`experience and knowledge related to mechanical devices, semiconductors, 5G
`wireless communications, software, robotics, medical devices, artificial
`intelligence, and machine learning technology. Kaylee has extensive experience
`with patent prosecution working directly with clients developing strategies,
`portfolio recommendations, and technology landscape research.

`Prior to joining the firm, Kaylee was an associate with a top national firm. While in
`law school, Kaylee was president of the Intellectual Property Law Student
`Association and received the Law, Science, and Technology Certificate with a
`focus in Intellectual Property. Prior to law school, Kaylee was a mechanical
`engineer for the Boeing Company, focused on equipment design and robotics and
`controls.
