`I am currently a partner at the law firm of Allen & Overy LLP, a

`position I have held since August 2021. I have seventeen years of practice and
`
`primarily focus on litigation matters across the country in district courts, the
`
`International Trade Commission, Patent Trial and Appeal Board and state courts.
`
`My litigation experience covers intellectual property and antitrust matters spanning
`
`a variety of sectors and technologies, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices,
`
`software, social networking, mobile devices, semiconductors, LCDs and computer
`
`hardware.
`

`I have substantial familiarity with the subject matter at issue and I
`
`have thoroughly reviewed the Petition and exhibits in this proceeding. I have been

`actively involved in analyzing and assisting with the Petition.
