`Upon recruitment to the University of Texas Southwestern Department of Neurology, Dr.
`Greenberg formalized the clinical and translational research programs focused on patients
`with TM and NMO. Patients with these rare disorders had previously received their care as
`part of the MS program at UT Southwestern. With the establishment of this program, patients
`from around the world travel to UT for clinical care and to take part in research endeavors.

`In 2009 the pediatric demyelinating disease program was founded by Dr. Greenberg. Located
`at Childrens Hospital, this program cares for pediatric patients with multiple sclerosis,
`transverse myelitis, neuromyelitis optica, optic neuritis, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis
`and other immune mediated diseases of the CNS. The outpatient clinic provides
`multidisciplinary care to patients and families from around the country. Dr. Greenberg has
`coordinated a team of neurologists, neuropsychologists, physiatrists, physical therapists,
`occupational therapists, urologists, social workers, nurses and school liaisons.
