`We write with regards to IPR2023-00049 and IPR2023-00050. Patent Owner requests leave to
`file motions pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e) to withdraw Scott Bertulli as back-up counsel in
`these proceedings. If acceptable to the Board, Patent Owner also intends to update its listing of
`counsel and file Updated Mandatory Notices concurrently with its motions.

`Patent Owner will continue to be represented by the other practitioners entered as counsel in
`these proceedings, and Patent Owner does not contemplate any changes to any schedule in
`these matters based on these motions.
