`withdraw Nathan P. Sportel as back-up counsel in these proceedings. If acceptable to the Board, Petitioner also intends to update its listing
`of counsel and file Updated Mandatory Notices concurrently with its motions.

`Petitioner will continue to be represented by the other practitioners entered as counsel in these proceedings, and Petitioner does not
`contemplate any changes to any schedule in these matters based on these motions.
