`Further to the order setting oral argument (Paper 28, January 16, 2024), both

`parties to the two subject IPRs hereby stipulate to the following schedule. The
`
`parties further request that the Board review and approve the following schedule
`
`particularly with respect to the virtual oral arguments.
`
`Jan. 23: Exchange demonstratives.
`
`Jan. 25: Meet and confer on any objections or other issues; request pre-
`
`hearing conference with Board (if deemed necessary).
`
`Jan. 26 or Jan. 29: Proposed alternative dates for pre-hearing conference (if
`
`necessary).
`
`Jan. 29: File demonstratives.
`
`To avoid confusion, both parties hereby stipulate and propose that each of
`
`the two subject IPRs be argued separately—first one IPR and then the other IPR.
`
`The parties propose the following schedule for oral arguments set to begin at 1:00
`
`PM Eastern Time on January 30, 2024:
