`Pursuant to the Patent and Trademark Office’s Final Rule Setting and
`
`Adjusting Patent Fees, 78 Fed. Reg. 4212, 4232–4234 (Jan. 18, 2013), Petitioners
`
`respectfully request a refund in the amount of $22,500 to be paid to deposit account
`
`number 603576. Paper 20 requesting a refund was filed in error and Petitioners
`
`respectfully request expungement of Paper 20.
`
`On October 14, 2022, Petitioners filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 10,257,319, Case No. IPR2023-00038. In accordance with the fee
`
`schedule at that time, Petitioners paid $22,500 in post-institution fees.
`
`The Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued a Decision ordering Dismissal Prior
`
`to Institution of Trial which terminated the proceedings in this action on December
`
`19, 2022 (Paper 19). Accordingly, Petitioners respectfully request a refund in the
`
`amount of $22,500 for the post-institution fees paid to the USPTO in connection
`
`with this proceeding.
