`Patent Owner filed motions for admission pro hac vice of Kayvan B.
`Noroozi in the above-identified proceedings. Paper 7 (“Motion”). 2 Patent
`Owner also filed a declarations of Mr. Noroozi in support of the motions.
`Ex. 2001 (“Declaration”). Patent Owner represents that Petitioner does not

`Under 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(c), we may recognize pro hac vice counsel

`v. Parallel Iron, LLC, IPR2013-00639, Paper 7 (PTAB Oct. 15, 2013)
`(representative “Order – Authorizing Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission”).
`Based on the facts set forth in the motions and accompanying
`declarations, we conclude that Mr. Noroozi has sufficient legal and technical
`qualifications to represent Patent Owner in the above-identified proceedings,
