`I have not been suspended or disbarred from practice before any court

`court or administrative body.

`participating in drafting and revision of Petitioner’s Reply to Patent Owner’s

`Response to be filed in Inter Partes Review No. IPR2023-00035.

`I am a patent litigation attorney and have been involved in several
`
`patent litigations before both the federal courts and the USPTO. I have experience
`
`litigating patents and participating in IPRs where the patents related to both the
`
`electrical and mechanical fields. As part of my experience, I have assisted with
`
`several IPRs and district court cases where patents in the electrical and mechanical
`
`fields were at issue and I have argued before the relevant tribunals, assisted with
`
`depositions, and discussed these areas in depth with expert witnesses and engineers.
`
`I declare that all statements made herein of my knowledge are true, and that
`
`all statements made on information and belief are believed to be true, and that these
`
`statements were made with the knowledge that willful false statements and the like
`
`so made are punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both, under Section 1001 of Title
