`The parties have agreed to forgo oral argument in the above-identified IPR, currently scheduled for
`April 10, 2024. While Petitioner previously requested oral argument, the parties have since met and
`conferred and have agreed that oral argument is unnecessary given the limited number of remaining
`issues. Thus, the parties jointly request the Board cancel the oral hearing scheduled for April 10 in
`this matter and issue its Final Decision in due course after the close of briefing following the April 3
`deadline for Petitioner’s sur-reply to Patent Owner’s reply to opposition to revised motion to amend.
`
`For the avoidance of doubt, the parties maintain the respective positions each has taken in the
`papers submitted in this proceeding.
`
`If the Board wishes to schedule a conference call, the parties will confer and provide availability.
`
