`I, Matthew Smith, hereby declare as follows: I am lead counsel for

`Google LLC in IPR2022-01497 and IPR2022-01545. I inspected the Micro Focus
`
`source code at the office of outside counsel for Micro Focus. Exhibit 1042 is an
`
`accurate reproduction of a section of print outs provided by Micro Focus of
`
`screenshots and a section of a source code file that I requested to be produced. The
`
`print outs provided by Micro Focus appear to be accurate. I declare under penalty
`
`of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that all statements made
`
`of my own knowledge are true and that all statements made on information and belief
`
`are believed to be true. I understand that willful false statements and the like are
`
`punishable by fine or imprisonment, or both (18 U.S.C. 1001) and may jeopardize
`
`the validity of the application or any patent issuing thereon.
