`
`Dear Board,
`
`Oral argument for IPR2022-01497 and -01545 is currently scheduled for February 7 following a change from
`the initially-scheduled date of January 24, 2024. On Friday December15, counsel for Patent Ownerreceived
`notice from the Federal Circuit that oral argument has been scheduled on February 7 for an appeal on which
`Jason Sheasby hasbeen identified as arguing counsel. Mr. Sheasby has extensive experience and knowledge in
`IPR matters generally, and the issues presented in these IPRs in particular, and thus Patent Ownerrespectfully
`requests a schedule change for Due Date 8 so that Mr. Sheasby can participate in the oral argument for
`IPR2022-01497 and -01545.
`
`Currently, both parties are available on 2/8 and 2/9, and Google does not oppose rescheduling the 2/7 hearings
`to either 2/8 or 2/9.
