`Sciences, LLC (“Patent Owner”) have conferred and jointly agree to modify the

`April 21, 2023 Scheduling Order (Paper No. 13). Prior authorization for this

`Stipulation was provided in the Scheduling Order. (Id. at 8-9).

`The parties have agreed that Petitioners’ expert, Michael Scordilis, will be
`
`deposed on July 20, 2023. As a result, Petitioners and Patent Owner have agreed to
`
`modify portions of DUE DATES 1, 2, and 3 as follows:
