`1 Ford Motor Company filed a motion for joinder and a petition in IPR2023-00764,
`and General Motors LLC, Nissan North America, Inc., Tesla, Inc., and American
`Honda Motor Co., Inc., filed their own motion for joinder and petition in IPR2023-
`00961. Both motions were granted, and, therefore, Ford Motor Company, General
`Motors LLC, Nissan North America, Inc., Tesla, Inc., and American Honda Motor
`Co., Inc., have been joined as petitioners in this proceeding.

`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d), Patent Owner Neo Wireless LLC
`
`hereby provides notice to Petitioners that the deposition of Dr. Paul Min will be
`
`held beginning on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. EST and
`
`continuing thereafter until completed, weekends and holidays excepted. The
`
`deposition shall take place at the offices of STERNE, KESSLER, GOLDSTEIN & FOX,
`
`PLLC, located at 1101 K Street, NW, 10th Floor, Washington, DC 20005. The
`
`deposition will be recorded by audio and stenographic means, before a duly
`
`qualified officer authorized to administer oaths. The deposition may also be
`
`transcribed by real-time reporting software and will be recorded by video.
