`Before the Court is the Joint Motion to Close Cases (the “Motion”) filed by Plaintiff

`VARTA Microbattery GmbH (“VARTA”), Defendants Best Buy Stores, LP, Best Buy.com, LLC,

`and Best Buy Texas.com, LLC (collectively, “Best Buy”), and Defendant PEAG, LLC d/b/a JLab
`
`Audio (“JLab”). (Dkt. No. 96). In the Motion, the parties represent that all remaining claims have

`been dismissed and request that the above-captioned cases be closed. (Id.).
