`IPR2022-01433
`Petitioner’s Objections to Patent Owner’s Demonstrative Exhibit
`In the Order Granting Requests for Oral Argument (IPR2022-01430, Paper
`
`19; IPR2022-01433, Paper 19) dated November 1, 2023, the Board instructed the
`
`parties regarding any objections that remain after meeting and conferring: “The
`
`objections must identify with particularity which portions of the demonstrative
`
`exhibits are subject to objection and include a one-sentence statement of the reason
`
`for each objection. No argument or further explanation is permitted. The Board will
`
`consider any objections and schedule a conference call if deemed necessary.
`
`Otherwise, the Board will reserve ruling on the objections. Any objection to
`
`demonstrative exhibits that is not timely presented will be considered waived.”
