`Petitioner’s Request for Oral Argument
`Pursuant to 37 C.F. R. § 42.70(a), Petitioner hereby requests an oral argument
`
`in the present inter partes review, currently scheduled for December 12, 2023 as set
`
`forth in the Scheduling Order. Paper 8 at 11.
`
`Petitioner requests to address the following issues at the oral argument
`
`(without waiving consideration of any issue not requested):
`
`1. Why claims 1-12 of U.S. Patent No. 9,762,636 are unpatentable
`
`based on the grounds on which the Board instituted trial;
`
`2.
`
`Any issues raised in any paper filed in this proceeding, including
`
`issues raised in papers yet to be filed; and
`
`3.
`
`Any other issues the Board deems necessary for issuing a Final
`
`Written Decision, including any questions, rebuttals, or arguments
`
`that may arise during the oral argument.
`
`Petitioner respectfully requests an in-person hearing at the USPTO Headquarters
`
`in Alexandria, Virginia. Petitioner additionally request the Board provide audio/visual
`
`equipment to display demonstrative exhibits and evidence of record from a computer.
`
`Petitioner requests the Board grant a joint hearing for this proceeding (IPR2022-
`
`01433) and another proceeding (IPR2022-01430) for a related patent involving the
`
`same parties, giving each side 1 hour of oral argument for the joint hearing. Petitioner
`
`requests the ability to reserve a portion of its total time for presenting rebuttal arguments
`
`after Patent Owner’s presentation.
