`On August 15, 2022, Petitioner Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. filed a

`U.S. Patent No. 10,610,125
`

`Petition for Inter Partes Review of U.S. Patent No. 10,610,125 (Paper 2) and paid
`
`the USPTO a total of $41,500, which included a $19,000 request fee and a $22,500
`
`post-institution fee.
`
`On January 6, 2023, the Board entered an order dismissing the Petition and
`
`terminating the proceeding due to settlement prior to institution. (Paper 11).
`
`Therefore, Petitioner hereby requests a refund of the $22,500 post-institution
`
`fee submitted with the Petition. Petitioner respectfully request that the Board credit
`
`the refunded post-institution fee to Deposit Account No. 13-2490.
