`Petitioner Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Petitioner”), by and through its undersigned
`
`counsel, will take the deposition of Patent Owner Thales Visionix, Inc.’s (“Patent
`
`Owner”) declarant Glen Parker, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §42.53(d), and as agreed by
`
`counsel. The deposition will begin at 11:00 a.m. (ET) on October 24, 2023 or on
`
`such other date as may be agreed upon by the parties. This deposition will be
`
`conducted remotely utilizing a secure web-based platform using video
`
`teleconferencing (VTC) services. Remote/virtual access will be provided to those
`
`parties wishing to participate in the deposition.
`
`The deposition will be conducted before a notary public or other officer
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths, and will continue from day to day, or upon
`
`adjourned dates as may be agreed by the parties, until completed. The testimony will
`
`be recorded by stenographic means and may be audiotaped and/or videotaped.
