`

`Joint Stipulation to Modify Due Date to Serve Demonstratives
`IPR2022-01304
`
`The parties to this IPR, by and through their respective counsel, have
`
`stipulated as follows:
`
`1.
`
`The Board’s Order Setting Oral Argument in this proceeding states that
`
`demonstratives should be served on opposing counsel at least seven business days
`
`before the hearing date. See Paper No. 40 at 5. The hearing is scheduled for
`
`December 7, 2023, so the current deadline to serve demonstratives is November 28,
`
`2023.
`
`2.
`
`The Board’s Order Setting Oral Argument provides, however, that
`
`“[t]he parties may stipulate to an alternative schedule for serving demonstratives,
`
`but may not change the schedule for filing.” See Paper No. 40 at 5 n.9.
`
`3.
`
`The parties hereby stipulate to modify the due date to serve
`
`demonstratives on opposing counsel to December 1, 2023 (inclusive).
`
`
`
`Date: November 17, 2023
`
`
`
