`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s Scheduling Order (Paper

`14), Petitioner submits this Request for Oral Argument on all of the instituted
`
`unpatentability grounds regarding U.S. Patent No. 9,019,946. Petitioner requests
`
`one hour per party of oral argument time. At the oral argument, Petitioner requests
`
`(without waiving consideration of any issue not listed below) to address the
`
`following issues:
`
`1. Whether claims 14-15 are unpatentable over Yegoshin (US Patent No. US
`
`6,711,146 B2), Johnston (US Patent No. US 5,784,032), and Billström (US
`
`Patent No. US 5,590,133) pursuant to 35 U.S.C. §103;
`
`2. Whether claims 1-11 and 16-21 are unpatentable over Yegoshin,
`
`Johnston, Billström, and Bernard (US Patent No. US 5,497,339) pursuant
`
`to 35 U.S.C. §103;
`
`3. Whether claim 12 is unpatentable over Yegoshin, Johnston, Billström,
`
`Bernard, and WO748 (PCT Publication No. WO 98/27748) pursuant to 35
`
`U.S.C. §103;
`
`4. Whether claims 13 and 26 are unpatentable over Yegoshin, Johnston,
`
`Billström, Bernard, and Sainton (US Patent No. US 5,854,985) pursuant
`
`to 35 U.S.C. §103;

`8. Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters; and

`If the hearing is held in person, Petitioner requests the ability to use audio
`
`visual equipment to display demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector
`
`and screen that connects to a laptop computer.
