`experience representing clients in cases involving computer software and systems.
`
`I regularly litigate patent cases before various U.S. district courts around the
`
`country, and the International Trade Commission. Through my experience in
`
`patent litigation matters, I have represented clients in many phases of litigation
`
`including discovery, Markman hearings, jury trials, bench trials, and appeals. My
`
`biography is attached hereto as Appendix A.

`I am intimately familiar with the issues and subject matter presented in this
`
`above-captioned inter partes review proceeding. For example, I have extensively
`
`reviewed the above identified patent, its prosecution history, the Petition for IPR
`
`(including the invalidity grounds therein, and the cited references) and all exhibits

`filed in this case.

`About Aamir
`
`Aamir Kazi is a principal in the Atlanta office of Fish & Richardson P.C., and a member of the firm’s
`intellectual property litigation practice. He specializes in intellectual property litigation and counseling
`with an emphasis on patent litigation. Mr. Kazi has experience litigating in U.S. district courts around
`the country and the U.S. International Trade Commission, and also has experience managing
`complex global litigation. He has substantial experience in all major aspects of litigation from pre-suit
`diligence through trial and post-trial, and also counsels clients regularly on IP diligence. Today, Mr.
`Kazi’s practice focuses on issues with standard essential patents and Section 337 investigations. Mr.
`Kazi has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and as one of the Best Lawyers in
`America© in 2021 in intellectual property.
`
`Prior to law school, Mr. Kazi was an engineer focused on computer software and systems. He brings
`to each matter an engineering skillset that allows him to become a master of the technology at issue.
`Mr. Kazi has experience with a wide variety of technologies, including cellular communication
`standards (e.g., GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE), wireless communications technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi,
`Bluetooth, Zigbee, 802.15.4 ), memory standards (e.g., JEDEC, LPDDR), audio and video decoding
`technologies (e.g., MPEG), and consumer electronics (e.g., televisions, video game consoles, cellular
`phones, tablets).
