`the Parties hereby stipulate to modify DUE DATES 1, 2, and 3 as follows:

`• DUE DATE 1 will be changed from May 9, 2023 to May 16, 2023.

`• DUE DATE 2 will be changed from August 1, 2023 to August 8, 2023.
`
`• DUE DATE 3 will be changed from September 12, 2023 to September
`
`19, 2023.

`A revised DUE DATE APPENDIX is attached showing the changes made

`relative to the latest schedule in redline.

`This stipulation does not affect or otherwise modify the dates for DUE

`DATES 4-8. As further agreed by the Parties, Patent Owner files this Notice on

`behalf of both Parties.
