`IPR2022-01239, currently scheduled for October 24, 2023. Patent Owner requests

`sixty (60) minutes to present its arguments. If the Board chooses to consolidate the
`
`oral argument in this proceeding with that in IPR2022-01256, currently scheduled
`
`for the same day, Patent Owner requests a total of ninety (90) minutes to present its
`
`arguments with respect to both proceedings. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. 42.70, and
`
`without intending to waive any issue not specifically identified, Patent Owner
`
`identifies the following issues to be argued.
`
`1. Whether Claims 1-5, 12-14, and 17-18 of U.S. Patent No. 10,600,046
`
`are unpatentable over the asserted art;
`
`2.
`
`Any subsidiary issues to number 1 above including, but not limited to,
`
`claim construction, assessment of evidence, and admissibility and sufficiency of
`
`evidence;
`
`3.

`decision.
`
`Any issues on which Petitioner requests oral argument; and
`
`Any other issues the Board deems necessary for issuing a final written

`Patent Owner requests that the Board provide audio-visual equipment to
`
`display demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector and a screen for

`displaying documents from a computer.
