`The Scheduling Orders in these proceedings provide that oral
`argument (if requested by either party) will be held on November 7, 2023
`(DUE DATE 8).
`On September 7, 2023, the Board received an email stating as follows:
`“Due to scheduling conflicts, Petitioner and Patent Owner jointly request to
`reschedule the oral argument to the week of November 13th.” Ex. 3001.
`To accommodate the parties, the Board reschedules the date for oral
`argument (DUE DATE 8) from November 7, 2023, to November 13, 2023.
`The other due dates in the Scheduling Orders in these proceedings remain
`unchanged.

`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that oral argument (if requested by either party) will be
`held on November 13, 2023; and
