`Google’s designated witness is based in the UK. We will make him available for deposition conducted over Google Meet
`and using Google Drive for documents only (Veritext and other vendors are familiar with and can accommodate this set‐
`up) on November 9, 2022.

`We will need to accommodate his schedule, which would require starting in the middle of the night in the U.S. if you
`want the full day. However, if you will agree to only a half‐day, we can try to find a start time that is convenient for both
`the deponent and those of us in the U.S. Can you please let us know if you will agree to limiting the deposition to a half‐
`day?
