`
`Dear Honorable Board,
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests authorization, in the six IPR matters referenced above, to file
`two new exhibits with its Sur-Replies due on Friday, October 20. The two exhibits are articles co-
`authored by Petitioner’s technical expert, Dr. Erez Zadok, and were introduced and the subject of
`questioning by Patent Owner during Dr. Zadok’s deposition. Patent Owner intends to use the two
`articles to refute opinions made by Dr. Zadok in his rebuttal declaration that was submitted with
`Petitioner’s reply. Petitioner did not to ask any questions about these exhibits during Dr. Zadok’s
`deposition.
`
`Counsel for Petitioner stated during the deposition that it objects to any new evidence being
`introduced at this stage.
`
`Respectfully submitted,
`
`Exhibit 3002
