`

`
`
`Patent Owner and Petitioner, by and through their respective counsel of
`
`record, have stipulated as follows:
`
`1.
`
`On September 6, 2023, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued an
`
`Order Setting Oral Argument in this proceeding (“Order”). Paper 42. The Order
`
`provides that “demonstratives shall be served on opposing counsel at least seven (7)
`
`business days before the hearing date.” Id. at 3.
`
`2.
`
`The Order further provides that “[t]he parties may stipulate to an
`
`alternative schedule for serving demonstratives, and request that the Board modify
`
`the schedule for serving demonstratives at least seven (7) business days before the
`
`hearing date.” Id. at n.5
`
`3.
`
`The parties have stipulated to the following alternative schedule
`
`regarding demonstratives:
`
`• Demonstratives shall be served on opposing counsel at least five (5)
`
`business days before the hearing date, by Sept. 21, 2023.
`
`4.
`
`This stipulation does not affect or otherwise modify any remaining
`
`provisions in the Order.
`
`The parties respectfully request that the Board modify the schedule for
`
`serving demonstratives as proposed above.
