`
`
`INTRODUCTION
`The Scheduling Orders in these matters originally set a hearing date
`
`for IPR2022-01006 of September 12, 2023, and for IPR2022-01045 and
`IPR2022-01089 of September 28, 2023. See IPR2022-01006, Paper 24;
`IPR2022-01045 and IPR2022-01089, Paper 22. In the Scheduling Order for
`IPR2022-01045 and IPR2022-01089, the panel noted:
`The Board is aware that these two cases are also related to
`pending IPR2022-01006. The Scheduling Order in the 01006
`proceeding, Paper 24, was entered on December 1, 2022. That
`Scheduling Order, as well as the Scheduling Order in the two
`proceedings now before us, provide the parties with
`considerable flexibility to adjust several due dates, without
`Board approval, to coordinate the due dates among the 01006,
`01045, and 01089 proceedings. The parties may contact the
`Board to discuss further coordination of due dates among these
`three related cases if they want further coordination.
`
`Paper 22, 2, n.2.
`Subsequently, the parties filed a Joint Notice of Stipulation To Adjust
`and Consolidate Schedules of Related Proceedings in each of these matters.
`See IPR2022-01006, Paper 29 (“Joint Stipulation”). Therein, the parties
`stipulated to deadlines that consolidated the schedules of all three matters,
`including moving the hearing date in IPR2022-01045 and IPR2022-01089
`from September 28, 2023, to September 12, 2023 (which was the date
`scheduled for IPR2022-01006). See id. at 1.
`REVISED SCHEDULE
`Due to a scheduling conflict, the panel is no longer available for a
`
`hearing in any of these matters on September 12, 2023. Accordingly, the

`
`hearing date for all three matters will be set for September 28, 2023, which
`is the date originally set for IPR2022-01045 and IPR2022-01089.
`
`Although the panel assumes that the parties will otherwise abide by
`the stipulated consolidated schedule set forth in the Joint Stipulation, no
`other deadlines are explicitly addressed or revised in this Revised
`Scheduling Order.
