`On April 22, 2024, ASSA ABLOY AB, ASSA ABLOY Inc., HID
`Global Corporation, ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, Inc., and Master
`Lock Company, LLC (collectively “Petitioner”) filed, in each of the above-
`identified proceedings, Motions to Withdraw and Substitute Counsel
`(collectively “Motions”) requesting “withdrawal of all counsel from
`Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP” (including lead counsel Dion M. Bregman
`and back-up counsel Andrew V. Devkar and James J. Kritsas). Paper 60.2
`The Motions also request the substitution of lead counsel Lionel M. Lavenue
`(Reg. No. 46,859). Id. Petitioner represents that Patent Owner does not
`oppose the Motions. Id.
`Upon review of the record before us, for the reasons set forth in the
`Motions, Petitioner’s requests to withdraw Dion M. Bregman, Andrew V.
`Devkar, and James J. Kritsas, and substitute Lionel M. Lavenue as lead
`counsel in the above-identified proceedings are granted.
`Petitioner has filed a Power of Attorney in accordance with 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.10(b), including Lionel M. Lavenue, as well as Kara A. Specht,
`Benjamin A. Saidman, and Sydney R. Kestle (all from Finnegan, Henderson,
`Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP), and more broadly including “the
`practitioners associated with Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett &
`Dunner, L.L.P., Customer Number 22,852.” See IPR2022-01006, Papers
`57–58; IPR2022-01045, Papers 51–52; and IPR2022-01089, Papers 51–52.
`Petitioner has also filed a Mandatory Notice identifying Lionel M. Lavenue,
`Kara A. Specht, Benjamin A. Saidman, Sydney R. Kestle, and Safiya

`Aguilar (all registered practitioners) as back-up counsel in accordance with
`37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(3). IPR2022-01006, Paper 56; IPR2022-01045, Paper
`53; and IPR2022-01089, Paper 53. Petitioner requests that it “be authorized
`to file updated mandatory notices designating Mr. Lavenue as lead counsel.”

`01089, Paper 55.
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s Motions to withdraw Dion M. Bregman,
`Andrew V. Devkar, and James J. Kritsas as counsel in the above-identified
`proceedings are granted;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Lionel M. Lavenue is recognized as lead
`counsel for Petitioner in the above-identified proceedings, effective as of the
`date of this Order;
`FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner must file updated Mandatory
`Notices in each of the above-identified proceedings in accordance with
`37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(3), identifying Lionel M. Lavenue as lead counsel; and
`FURTHER ORDERED that Kara A. Specht, Benjamin A. Saidman,
`Sydney R. Kestle, and Safiya Aguilar are recognized as back-up counsel for
`Petitioner in the above-identified proceedings.
