`
`
`On April 8, 2024, the Board received an email notifying us of
`corporate reorganizations that resulted in changes to the companies
`collectively referred to as “Petitioner” in these three related IPR
`proceedings. See Ex. 3009 (“Pet. April 8 email”). 2 This email also notified
`us of a proposed change to the real parties-in-interest identified by
`Petitioner. Id. Additionally, the April 8 email notified us of a change in
`Petitioner’s counsel. Id. The April 8 email also stated Petitioner’s concern
`with changing Petitioner’s corporate identity, real parties-in-interest, and
`counsel, while still meeting Petitioner’s due date for supplemental briefing
`following the Director’s Review remand to the panel. Id.
`The Board responded to the April 8 email on the same day it was
`received and authorized Petitioner’s request to file updated mandatory
`notices. See id.
`Concerning the timing issues raised for new counsel to file briefs
`following remand to the Panel, we extended the briefing schedule as
`follows:
`Petitioner’s Supplemental Brief as authorized in Paper 47 is now due
`April 22, 2024.
`Patent Owners Supplemental Response as authorized in Paper 47 is
`now due May 16, 2024.
`
`
`2 Unless otherwise noted, all citations are to papers and exhibits in IPR2022-
`01006. The same Order is filed in each of IPR2022-01045 and IPR2022-
`01089. We also note that Exhibit 3009 includes both Petitioner’s April 8
`email and the Board’s April 8 email response.
