`This is in response to an email sent April 8, 2024, by Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oner in the subject IPR proceedings.  Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oner requests: 

`“leave to file updated mandatory no(cid:415)ces to reflect a recent change in Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oners’ real par(cid:415)es‐in‐interest that 
`occurred while the par(cid:415)es were awai(cid:415)ng the Director’s decision on Director Review.  Specifically, Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oners 
`request replacing Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oners August Home and ASSA ABLOY Residen(cid:415)al Group with new Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oner Master Lock 
`and adding Fortune Brands Innova(cid:415)ons as an RPI.” 

`In the April 8 email, Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oner states “Patent Owner does not oppose Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oners’ request.”  Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oner’s request to file 
`the updated mandatory no(cid:415)ces is approved.   

`Concerning the (cid:415)ming issues raised for new counsel to file briefs following remand to the Panel, we extend the briefing 
`schedule as follows:

`Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oner’s Supplemental Brief as authorized in Paper 47 is now due April 22, 2024.   

`Patent Owners Supplemental Response as authorized in Paper 47 is now due May 16, 2024, 

`All other requirements for the Supplemental filings remain as stated in Paper 47.  A revised Order will be 
`issued.   
`

`If the extended briefing schedule does not resolve Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oner’s issues, Pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oner shall propose (cid:415)mes when all required 
`counsel are available to discuss this ma(cid:425)er in a telephone conference.

`updated mandatory no(cid:415)ces no(cid:415)cing their appearance un(cid:415)l the pe(cid:415)(cid:415)oner lis(cid:415)ng is correct (par(cid:415)cularly as August Home 
`no longer exists to sign a power of a(cid:425)orney). Given the short (cid:415)me for new counsel to appear in this ma(cid:425)er before the 
`briefing deadline, all counsel (no(cid:415)ced and pending) is available for a call at the Board’s convenience to answer any 
`ques(cid:415)ons.
