`will take the cross-examination deposition testimony of Patent Owner’s witness as

`follows:

`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.53(d)(1), the parties have conferred and have
`
`agreed on this time and place for taking testimony. The deposition will be
`
`administered remotely by videoconference (e.g., via Zoom). The examining
`
`attorney, defending attorney, and court reporter may be participating from
`
`geographic locations different than Dr. Mangione-Smith. Petitioner will provide
`
`access credentials ahead of the deposition. Petitioner will take the deposition
`
`before a Notary Public or other officer authorized by law to administer oaths. The
`
`deposition will be recorded by stenographic and video means. Real-time
`
`transcription services may also be utilized.
