`• The Patent Owner’s response to the Petition under Due Date 1 extended

`from February 8, 2023, to February 16, 2023.

`It is not believed that any other action by the parties or the Board is required
`
`for the proposed schedule modification. This stipulation does not affect any other
`
`Due Dates set in the Scheduling Order.
