`Patent Owner is authorized to file a paper requesting entry of adverse judgment against it to
`terminate the proceeding. In the paper, Patent Owner shall clarify upon which action it seeks
`adverse judgment. See 37 C.F.R. 42.73(b). Patent Owner shall also acknowledge in the paper that
`entry of adverse judgment will result in cancellation of all challenged claims of the involved patent.
