`After experiencing technical issues with P‐TACTS, Petitioner can confirm that it was able to successfully file its reply 
`briefs (and associated exhibits) in proceedings IPR2022‐00706 and IPR2022‐00707.   
`
`While Petitioner emailed the replies to the Board and opposing counsel in advance of midnight last night, Petitioner was 
`not able to file the replies until several minutes after midnight.  There were no changes to the replies.  Please let us 
`know whether Petitioner is required to file a motion with the Board to request acceptance of last night’s 
`filing.  Petitioner contacted Patent Owner earlier today, and Patent Owner would not oppose such a motion.  Thank you.
