`
`Dear Honorable Board,
`
`I am an attorney representing Patent Owner Arigna in IPR2022‐00685. Arigna seeks a one month extension to the Patent
`Owner’s Preliminary Response deadline in the proceeding. Good cause exists to grant such an extension. Patent Owner
`Arigna and Petitioner Google have reached and executed an agreement to settle all claims regarding the ’343 Patent in
`this proceeding and the parallel district court litigation (the Joint Motion to Extend Stay of All Deadlines filed in the
`parallel district court litigation is attached). The requested extension would allow the parties sufficient time to carry out
`the terms of the agreement which would result in withdrawal of the pending Petition without the Board and parties
`expending additional resources unnecessarily. Arigna has consulted with counsel for Petitioner and Petitioner does not
`oppose the requested extension.
`
`Thank you.
