`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the undersigned counsel

`for Plaintiffs Novo Nordisk Inc. and Novo Nordisk A/S (collectively, "Novo
`
`Nordisk") and Defendant Sandoz Inc. ("Sandoz"), subject to the approval of the
`
`Court, that the deadline for the completion of expert discovery is extended from
`
`December 17, 2021 through and including January 14, 2022 (see D.I. 24) solely for
`
`the purpose of deposing Dr. Christopher Vellturo, Dr. Andreas Pfiitzner, and Mr.
`
`Karl Leinsing.
`
`IT IS HEREBY FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED by the
`
`undersigned counsel for Novo Nordisk and Sandoz, subject to the approval of the
`
`Court, that Dr. Peter Tessier's and Dr. Ralph Tarantino's depositions are deferred as
`
`the parties confer on whether their depositions are necessary to the remaining issues
`
