`I, Jonah Heemstra, hereby declare as follows:

`I am an intellectual property litigation attorney at K&L Gates LLP,

`IPR2022-00602
`U.S. Patent No. 9,665,705

`and experienced in conducting technical infringement and validity analyses,
`
`briefing claim construction issues, and preparing for Markman hearings.
`

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Illinois. I
`
`am also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and
`
`Central Districts of Illinois.

`I have never been suspended or disbarred from practice before any
`
`court or administrative body.

`I have not had an application for admission to practice before any
`
`court or administrative body denied, nor has any court or administrative body
`
`imposed sanctions or contempt citations against me.

`I have read and will comply with the Office Patent Trial Practice

`Guide and the Board’s Rules of Practice for Trials set forth in Part 42 of 37 C.F.R.

`00165-ADA (W.D. Tex.), which involves U.S. Patent No. 9,665,705.

`I hereby declare that all statements made of my own knowledge are true and

`that all statements made on information and belief are believed to be true. I further

`declare that these statements were made with the knowledge that willful false
