`Patent Owner, CPC Technologies Pty, Ltd., respectfully seeks rehearing of the Director’s
`denial of Review in IPR2022-00602. Since that denial, the same Panel issued its Final Written
`Decision in ASSA ABLOYAB,et al. v. CPC Patent Technologies PTY, Ltd., IPR2022-01006,
`reviewing samepatent at issue in the instant proceeding. In that decision, the Panel found that
`finger presses do not correspondto the claimed “biometric” information. In the instant
`proceeding, the Panel found that finger presses do correspond to such information, making the
`two decisions inconsistent. As Patent Ownerin this matter unsuccessfully sought review of
`the Panel’s decision on that issue, it now seeks rehearing on that issue. The Request has been
`filed and assigned Paper No. 36. A copyis attached.
