`The Petitioner raised the following arguments. (1) the amendments to claims 3 and 4
`exceed the scope of the initial disclosure, contrary to Article 33 of the Patent Law; (2)
`the protection scopes of claims 1-17 are unclear, contrary to Rule 20.1 of the
`Implementing Regulations of the Patent Law; (3) when Exhibit 1, Exhibit 5 or Exhibit

`Article 22.3 of the Patent Law; the Petitioner indicated that this Response has covered
`all exhibits and reasons stated in the Request for Invalidation.
`
`In response to the Request for Invalidation submitted by the Petitioner, the Patentee
`filed a Response, the amended claims and counterevidence 1 on July 16, 2021. The
`specific amendments include removing dependent claims 3, 4 and 17, and amending
`the serial number and dependencies of the claims accordingly. The Patentee argued
`that the amended claims of the contested patent conform to the relevant provisions of
`the Patent Law and the Implementing Regulations of the Patent Law. The submitted
`counterevidence 1 is RFC 3261 and partial Chinese translation thereof.
`
`The Panel issued a Notice of Forwarding Documents on August 6, 2021, forwarding
`the Response as well as copies of the exhibits that the Petitioner submitted on June 21,
`2021 to the Patentee, and issued a Notice of Forwarding Documents on the same day,
`forwarding the Response, the amended claims and counterevidence 1 that the Patentee
`submitted on July 16, 2021 to the Petitioner.
`
`In response to the Notice of Forwarding Documents issued by the Panel to the
`Patentee on August 6, 2021, the Patentee resubmitted a Response and the amended
`claims as well as counterevidence 2 on September 22, 2021, wherein the amended text
`is the same as the amended text submitted on July 16, 2021, and the specific
`amendments include removing dependent claims 3, 4 and 17, and amending the serial

`number and dependencies of the claims accordingly. The counterevidence 2 is RFC
`2326 and partial Chinese translation thereof. The Patentee deemed in the Response
`that the amended claims conform to the relevant provisions of the Patent Law and the
`Implementing Regulations of the Patent Law, and requested to maintain the validity of
`the patent right.
`
`The Panel issued a Notice of Forwarding Documents on October 14, 2021, forwarding
`the Response, the amended claims and counterevidence 2 that the Patentee submitted
`on September 22, 2021 to the Petitioner.
`
`The Panel issued a Notice of Oral Hearing to both parties on March 25, 2022, and
`scheduled an Oral Hearing on May 10, 2022.
`
`In response to another Request for Invalidation (the Request for Invalidation was filed
`on January 7, 2022 with a case No. 4W113708), the Patentee submitted the amended
`claims on April 11, 2022, wherein the claims were amended based on the text of the
`claims that were confirmed by the previously issued Examination Decision on
`Request for Invalidation No. 34593, the amendments including removing dependent
`claims 3, 4 and 17, incorporating dependent claim 14 into claim 13, incorporating
`dependent claim 16 into claim 15, and amending the serial numbers and dependencies
`of the claims adaptively. The amended claims submitted herein are as follows:
